In the public demonstration build: no, deliberately. That build has no accounts and no server, and its privacy policy promises no data leaves the device — progress and exam scores live in browser localStorage. We consider that the correct default for an open evaluation copy: you can put it in front of anyone without a privacy review.
In a contracted deployment the answer is yes: the exam already produces everything a statement needs — a seeded paper id (the exact exam is reproducible from its seed), per-question outcomes, and a final score — and that record can be posted as xAPI statements to your LRS or wrapped for SCORM conformance in your LMS, entirely inside your accredited boundary. We integrate against your endpoint; nothing reports to us.
The seed is worth emphasising for records purposes: because a paper is fully determined by its seed, the statement your LRS stores can cite a paper that an instructor can regenerate and inspect question-by-question later. Disputed items stop being arguments from memory.
